How to place an order
 
1: Select an item on the product page and add it to the cart.
2: Check the items in your cart, and if you are satisfied with them, click "Proceed to Purchase" to proceed to the next step.
3: Enter your e-mail address and shipping address, and then select your shipping method.
4:Confirm that the shipping fee is correct and proceed to payment.
5: Select your preferred payment method and billing address from the various payment methods listed.

If you wish to make future purchases without having to enter your credit card number, click the "Save information for future purchases" checkbox and proceed to "Pay Now". An authorization code will be sent to your smart phone via text message to facilitate a secure transaction with Shop Pay on your next purchase.
This completes the order process.
Shipping and Handling
Delivery within Japan (Kuroneko Yamato)
Unless otherwise specified, your order will be delivered by Yamato Transport. The shipping fee is 1,000 yen per order. Orders totalling 30,000 yen (including tax) or more will be shipped free of charge. For details on delivery, we will contact the customer who purchased the product separately.
 
Delivery to Asian Countries (DHL)
Unless otherwise specified, your order will be delivered by DHL. The shipping fee is generally 10,000 yen (including tax). For details on delivery, we will contact the customer who purchased the product separately.
 
Delivery to Europe, the US (DHL)
Unless otherwise specified, your order will be delivered by DHL. The shipping fee is generally 20,000 yen (including tax). For details on delivery, we will contact the customer who purchased the product separately.

Payment can be made in a lump sum, installments, or revolving payments.
(Installment payments can be made in 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, or 24 installments.)
